UNSW staff and students are encouraged to register online. For bulk registration of 5+, you can either register online or contact acn@unsw.edu.au for internal journal transfer.
Registration Fees include:
- Attendance at all sessions from 16 to 18 June 2025
- Daily arrival tea and pastries
- Daily morning and afternoon refreshments, and lunch
- Welcome drinks & light dinner on Monday evening
- Conference cocktail dinner on Tuesday
- Farewell drinks & pizza on Wednesday evening
- Barista coffee cart
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations up to 30 days prior to the start of the conference will receive a full refund. Cancellations up to two (2) weeks prior to the start of the conference will incur a fee of 50% of the registration amount. No refunds will be made for cancellations within two (2) weeks of the conference.
Visas for International Visitors
All visitors to Australia must have a valid visa before boarding their plane regardless of the length of stay. Click here for details.
Accommodation
Conference attendees will need to organise and pay for their own travel and accommodation.
